UK
Tracked 48 hour delivery: Royal Mail (2-3 working days) - Free
Please note, orders placed after 1:30pm will be despatched the next day and all orders placed on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday.
Please note that we do not enclose any printed invoices or order confirmations – it’s a small thing which makes a big difference environmentally. Instead, we’ll email you the important information when you place an order.
EUROPE
DHL Express (2-3 working days) - £30.00
For orders outside the UK, taxes and duties may apply. Any duties or taxes incurred are the customer’s responsibility, so please check these before placing an order.
USA, CANADA AND AUSTRALIA
DHL Express (6 working days) - £35.00
Please note, customers are responsible for all duty and taxes incurred.
All delivery dates are for guidance only and apply to working days (excluding bank holidays). We’ll do our best to make sure you receive your order within the timeframes above, but aren’t responsible if your order arrives outside of these windows.
RETURNS
UK
If you’re unhappy with an item and would like a refund, returns can be made on full-priced items within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please email info@ruhestore.co.uk to register your return.
Unfortunately, right now we can’t offer free returns and the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. All items must be unused with the tag intact. Any damaged or altered items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Before sending please email info@ruhestore.co.uk to register your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns form. We’ll notify you when your return has been received.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact info@ruhestore.co.uk immediately and include a photo of the item, so we can advise the best way to proceed.
When returning an item, we recommend that you get a postage receipt. Sadly we can't accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refunds will be sent back via the same method as paid within 10 days after receipt of return.
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
INTERNATIONAL
International returns can be made on full priced items within 14 days of receiving the goods. For the time being we can't offer free returns. We also recommend that when returning an item you send it tracked and keep the receipt. We can’t accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Before sending, please email info@ruhestore.co.uk to register your return. When you send your item, we’ll send you a returns form. Please include your order number and email address in the return package. We’ll be in touch when we’ve received it. It must be marked clearly as 'returned British goods' on the box, if this isn't present and duties and customs charges are required unfortunately we won't be able to accept the return.
Refunds will be returned via the same method as paid within 10-15 days after receipt of return. Please note we cannot refund any duties or taxes you have paid.
UK EXCHANGES
If you have a sizing issue, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item within 14 days. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. As a customer, you’re responsible for sending the original item back to us. Please email info@ruhestore.co.uk if you have any questions.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES
Due to the costs involved, unfortunately we can’t offer any international exchanges. But if you have any questions about any items or sizing queries, please email info@ruhestore.co.uk.
GIFT CARDS
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
