UK
If you’re unhappy with an item and would like a refund, returns can be made on full-priced items within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please email info@ruhestore.co.uk to register your return.
Unfortunately, right now we can’t offer free returns and the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. All items must be unused with the tag intact. Any damaged or altered items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Before sending please email info@ruhestore.co.uk to register your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a returns form to fill in. We’ll notify you when your return has been received.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact info@ruhestore.co.uk immediately and include a photo of the item, so we can advise the best way to proceed.
When returning an item, we recommend that you get a postage receipt. Sadly we can't accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refunds will be sent back via the same method as paid within 10 days after receipt of return.
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns.
INTERNATIONAL
International returns can be made on full priced items within 14 days of receiving the goods. For the time being, we can't offer free returns. We also recommend that when returning an item you send it tracked and keep the receipt. We can’t accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Before sending, please email info@ruhestore.co.uk to register your return. When you send your item, we’ll send you a return form to fill in. We’ll be in touch when we’ve received your return. It must be marked clearly as 'returned British goods' on the box, if this isn't present and charges are required unfortunately we won't be able to accept the return.
Refunds will be returned via the same method as paid within 10-15 days after receipt of return. Please note we can't refund any duties or taxes that you have paid.
UK EXCHANGES
If you have a sizing issue, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item within 14 days. Once the return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item. As a customer, you’re responsible for sending the original item back to us. Please email info@ruhestore.co.uk if you have any questions.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES
Due to the costs involved, unfortunately we can’t offer any international exchanges. But if you have any questions about any items or sizing queries, please email info@ruhestore.co.uk.
GIFT CARDS
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
